Amazon lists an unannounced shoujo title from Kodansha USA—Ema Toyama's Watashi ni XX Shinasai!, which will be out in November this year. The series is ongoing in Nakayoshi magazine and currently up to 8 volumes in Japan. Kodansha USA has previously released I Am Here! by the same author.

Izumi Tsubaki interview
Manga-News.com has posted an interview in French with Oresama Teacher mangaka Izumi Tsubaki where she discusses her artistic influences and the differences between shoujo and shounen manga. For non-francophones, there's also a video of her drawing Oresama Teacher's heroine Mafuyu.

French collector's items
Starting February 22nd, French publisher Kazé will be offering exclusively made shoujo bento boxes with the purchase of two shoujo manga volumes. The bento boxes will feature art from Maki Enjouji's Hapi Mari and Kyousuke Motomi's Dengeki Daisy. Kazé had a similar campaign last year with BL bento boxes.

Another French publisher, Kurokawa, is offering Saint Young Men and Saint Seiya mugs with the purchase of two manga volumes.

As is custom, manga creators in Japan are celebrating the new year with illustrated New Year's greetings. 2012 is the Year of the Dragon according to the Chinese Zodiac, so expect to see dragons in many of the illustrations.
